Let-it-go pages
Write a doubt down, then tear it up or burn it safely. Doubts are normal; this just helps you put one down.
How to use it
- When a doubt shows up, write it down word for word. Doubts are normal and harmless.
- Tear the page into small pieces and bin it.
- Or burn it: a small piece at a time, in a fireproof bowl, with water nearby. Never leave it.
- Then read your line once, and carry on with your day.
What’s inside
- A page on how to let go, safely
- Ten small pages to write on, then tear up or burn
