The 66-day journal
A page a day: three thank-yous, your line, one small step and a plan for the hard day. 66 days is how long new habits took, on average, to stick in research at UCL.
How to use it
- Fill in the intention page once, before day one.
- Each day, five minutes: three things that came, then your line — the same words every day.
- Pick one small step you can do today, and tick it when it’s done.
- Write one if-then for the hard day: “If I get home tired, I’ll still write my line once.”
- Missed a day? Carry on from the next page. No catching up.
What’s inside

- 66 daily pages: three thank-yous, your line, one small step, an if-then plan, notes
